"Local staff very helpful, when dealing with corporate claims people they are incompetent, they claimed repair estimate was not sent which was not true, this was a months delay, no action on there part,when second estimate was sent a claims person sat on estimate for over a month because the case number was not included, instead of notifying the repair shop of problem. I had to get involved two times to get things going. This poor customer service to say the least."
